Blocking the explosion is probably a better reaction feat than blocking the beam. The beam itself may be generated at relativistic speeds but Metyr is clearly not spinning her body at those speeds.
A powerscalers wet dream fr. Deflecting Radahns nuke and only taking 1% of the original damage definitely upscales the tarnished to layers into boundless++++ 🔥 🗣️
Well it's just a theory but imo it makes sense. Bayle is an ancient dragon, but clearly he suffered a mutation that made him lack the scales ancient dragons we know of possess, and that trait passed onto the drakes which are all descended from Bayle. The little stone things around his heart also...
Yeah I'm quite certain he's called the fiercest (also the most fearsome) because of his mind powers, I feel like his child body would make any sort of fight quite grueling for him
I love him for hyping us up but like I said, I don't think it proves he did much vs Radahn. It sucks that all he's got in terms of lore when fighting radahn are a few lines of dialogue, and when Miquella shows up, he addresses only the tarnished exclusively and ignores Thiollier and Ansbach...
Yh I wasn't saying she was lying but in all fairness, I don't think Miquella was ever a warrior so idk how hurting him compares to hurting other more powerful demigods (when it comes to combat) like Radahn and Malenia. I may be mistaken but I'm fairly sure Miquella was a few times depicted and...
He does admit to being terrified, and he had already lost to an inferior Miquella back when he still served under Mohg (though to give him credit where it's due, he actually managed to seriously hurt Miquella if Leda is to be believed).
I'm not saying he dies instantly, I'm just saying it's...
Ansbach joining us in fighting radahn does not necessarily mean he scales to him, considering he dies no matter what. It's more likely that our tarnished did 99% of the job against Radann
Something I just realized: Morgott uses bloodflame attacks when he unleashes his Omen blood, but we know bloodflame is granted by the formless mother, so how come Morgott can use bloodflame magic when he's a golden order fanatic?
The previous guidebook which released like a year ago had already stated Radahn lost the fight.
Now that jjks over, the reading comprehension curse has moved on to us 😭
Is the fell god even an outer god?
And seems like I was wrong. I couldn't find anything mentioning the blue dancer sealing only an aspect of the rot god, the most I could find was this:
"A great lake of standing water downstream of the Ainsel River. It is said that the divine essence of an...
Marika, Malenia, Mohg, Shabriri are all characters who were presented with the divine energy of an outer god, that doesn't mean theyre outer god level.
The way I see it, there's no such thing as an outer god of scarlet rot. There is an outer god of ROT, and the SCARLET rot was created by Romina...
I also noticed that. There's no way bayle would've retreated had he injured placid to the state we see him ingame while bayle himself was pretty much untouched
Also Bayle is the only ancient dragon whose heart we eat, isn't he? For some reason we can't eat the hearts of ancient dragons in the game
Radahn
Bayle
Messmer
Midra
Putrescent knight
Romina
Metyr
This is all. They also have pages explaining each of their attacks but I unfortunately couldn't find them, would've been useful especially regarding Metyrs whole black hole and microcosm attacks. Also missing some bosses like Rellana...
Tbf "Elden lord level strength" can vary wildly. Bernahl and Vyke were also Elden lord level strength according to the game yet I wouldn't put them even near the level of Radann, malenia and our own tarnished
Also this same guidebook states 2nd phase Bayle is prime Bayle. So while the tarnished never defeats prime Placidusax, we do defeat prime Bayle who stalemated prime Placidusax
The problem with that is Hyetta stating everything came from the "one great" and some evidence ingame pointing to the greater will and frenzied flame being one in the same once upon a time, and if that's the case, that means the greater will isn't at its full power anymore
1. Yes, there are already calcs being made for the tarnished parrying Radahn iirc. Parrying him is still a relativistic feat iirc, but since we can use Radahns ash of war, the tarnished should still be speed of light at the very least.
2. Malenia being the strongest foe the party has faced is...
Yeah but none of them grew "weaker", they stayed the same and reached their peak against us. They were never a shadow of their former selves like DS bosses
I agree with most of this but I never understood the sentiment of the demigods getting weaker, ER isn't like Dark Souls where the bosses we fight are a shadow of their former selves.
Of the demigods we fight, only Radahn and Rennala (she's not a demigod, but still) are the ones who are actually...
Titles in ER are weird in all fairness. Maybe he was called God Devouring Serpent because he had the strength to do it despite not actually having done it yet? Malenia is called a goddess of rot in her 2nd phase, but every piece of evidence supports the fact that she's only bloomed twice so far...
Yeah but I feel that narratively we're pretty much meant to use the serpent hunter to beat him.
I think Snake Rykard can only devour the gods once he reaches a big enough size/gains enough power. When we meet him he's still busy munching on tarnished
