If Cell had a day prep or more for his battles, wouldn't he be able to become substantially powerful, due to his ability to self-destruct, regenerate entirely and receive huge Zenkai boosts?
Don't agree with the conclusion at all, but to outpace the reaction of all those A to S class demons with presumably MHS reaction and speed in the same time frame he could be MHS+.
Does the levitation allow Ken to move at his combat speed as well if so can this levitation move while on the evasive? Gill is still capable of doing multiple cryokinesis with meteor strike which could freeze the body of water Ken's in.
Your arguments were definitely cogent I mean, but I'm sticking with Gill. And if intangible allows Ken do not phase through water then that should mean Ken wouldn't phase the through water, though I do believe the waves from the seraphic wings could affect the water and this would also cause Ken...
What if Gill destroys the surroundings and they were fighting on an island per say, and gill uses the seraphic wings to destroy the island, wouldn't it cause Ken to drown if he was intangible anyway? He would be exposed to the ocean and sink and not be able to swim back to the surface since he...

It's Leeroy Jenkins time! Not bad of an Arsenal.
And now how well will my foe compare?

They seem to be adequate, yes, for an honourable stain on my blades.
She's MHS why would she panic when there's a massive disparity between the two's speed. Nami only moves HS+ and somehow while Kalifa is MHS, why couldn't she dodge them all is a better question.
If that's the case then why couldn't she react an even slower lightning? The point was the balls were much slower and Nami's not MHS, so she should be able to evade her lightning balls with that agile of a reaction, so it might be a discrepancy.
I recall Khalifah being able to anticipate the lightning before the bolts were protruded, seems she should be a lightning timer rather than having lightning speed reaction if anything and even the name was a give away of the attack.
The clouds actually took time to form.
I can see this being...
Ken won't be able to take many of Gin's attacks and he's at city level so his normal attacks alone are capable of killing, on top of that he's got teleportation, on the other hand, we have MT Ken, but then there's also Gin's Bankai which was also said to amp his abilities. Gin with high...
I may still need to change this vote again. Even if Ken MT he still won't be able to dodge the Meteor Stike because Gill can control the movement. Unless Ken gains an exponential increase of speed it is quite likely a meteor will hit which may result in the kill. Does Intangibility grant...
I understand Ken still has proficiency in his ranged arsenal. But how effective would they be against attacks that greatly surpass his tier? Can they be intercepted by stronger attacks? I'm definitely certain a higher AP can attenuate Wind pressure. Meteor Strike can even be avoided but Ken's AP...
I'm leaning on Gill because in terms of AP he wins. So Gill would spam ranged attacks at him and since Ken is weaker in ranged combat he loses. Definitely certain Gill wouldn't leave it to hand to hand combat. And the Resurrection can be partially impeded and prevented from all of the health...
Apparently, the resurrection recovers all the health back from death only shown with the body intact, I see the only way Gill will get a certain surprise attack on Ken would be SW. And the precog will allow him to react to it. However, Gill isn't a slouch when it comes to thinking as well. Gill...
Assuming he can dodge the SW, he doesn't primarily know about it in the outcome. His Precog would only be able to allow him to dodge the SW once he uses it and even when he uses it the only way Ken would dodge the attack is MT since they are the same speed. Other than that Gill does have...
Just saw that Ken is Large Town level again. Unless Gill is going easy as heck on Ken. Seraphic wings obliterates him. But since Ken is so much more experienced it's really hard to tell who would win.
Pretty hard to tell. I remember in the game the Seraphic Wings can only be blocked and Gill is Island level so it can easily kill Ken or may push him to the brink of death.
Toguro asked the committee to make him a Demon so he is technically a Demon but his Sub (100%) resembles his human body, which is why everyone saw him because he said no one saw him in his 80% form or higher.
Even Kuwabara said Turukane was a Youki, so doesn't that mean that even the fodder...
I can understand why this rule wouldn't be excepted for Bleach seeing as how close to every Bleach character would gain this. It says on the profile for the Bleach verse. But it doesn't say so on the profile for the Yu Yu verse.
Furthermore, what Radical said we could treat it like Logia from...
