    I finally watched this and I want to call attention back to it, because this had no right going as hard as it did. For anyone interested, the fight is voice acted with SFX, text and stills to keep it flowing. They have other Death Battle's too (Mandalorian vs Courier, Doomsday vs SCP-682)

    That is the Wing Gundam, from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. It was the first Gundam on American television, part of the 90's anime toonami craze alongside Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon. This is how I got introduced to Gundam. I have no idea who wins, Gundam is a horribly under-researched verse.

    I have a fondness for the misty breath that Showa Godzilla had. Probably because when it got cold outside, it was easy to pretend that the vapor I breathed was Godzilla's attack. It was easier than trying to pull off a Kamehameha as a kid.
