Yes Class can break Akame's Weapon but he need to touch the sword and Akame is pretty good at dodjing attacks, speed is equalized but dodjing is possible.     It's really hard to give a good opinion on that since there are so much unknown fact about arthas. But I would say Sauron because i don't see how arthas could kill him, i just don't think he have the right weapon for the job
