Yes, but when Shrodinger states that Seraph is going to witness many different 'worlds', would that imply Seraph is going to witness the events of multiple multiverses? Since he also uses the term 'world' to describe Brahman's multiverse.
Brahman I would say is very likely candidate for High 2-A, along with Seraph. DDS2's ending mentions that Seraph would bear witness to countless different realities. That said, the game is also vague as to what it means by 'realities'. I'm gonna take a look at the JP ending to try and get a...
Did a bit of digging, and the in-game text states that Maria sends the player to Õñ®þòî (tenkai) - Heaven, essentially. It doesn't say anything about High-Dimensional Space (though, the way Heaven's presented does make it seem that way).
Yeah, a lot of characters don't have resistance/immunity against certain attacks listed that they should have. Demi-Fiend's a more prominent example of this, since he should have resistance/immunity to several different kinds of attacks (Physical attacks, most elements, etc.).
Ah, okay.
I'm actually not sure. If it applies to the protags, it may apply to him as well.
As an aside, are we all in agreement with the idea of protags having hax resistance?
How long do you think these revisions are going to take?
I'm thinking it may be better to split the process into phases if we haven't decided on that already. Maybe start with more prominent figures such as YHVH, Satan, Lucifer, etc.; then the more common demons.
I'm like 100% certain Demi-Fiend becomes fully demon when he reaches the Lucifer in the Labyrinth and gets lowered into the pool of Magatsuhi.
Hell, when he wakes up in Shinjuku Medical Center for a second time, the ghost outside even says something to the effect of "You have been reborn yet...
Is it ever stated that the Demi-Fiend that's encountered is just a copy?
It might be safer to just disregard it anyway. Unlike Satan, where they explain why he's in Nirvana, the encounter with Demi-Fiend really doesn't go in-depth with why he's in the Junkyard specifically.
Would it be fair to take Demi-Fiend's appearance in DDS1 into consideration? Those who end up in the Junkyard are essentially AI, i.e. they consist of data like demons do.
Then again, DDS regards everything in the known universe to be made of data, so maybe that doesn't mean much.
(This is...
Demi-Fiend was also able to permanently kill Kagutsuchi, despite becoming a 'True Demon', which would contradict the idea of demons/deities not being able to kill other demons/deities.
Nanashi is at least technically still human up until he kills YHVH.
Would Massacre Nanashi or TDE Demi-Fiend get High Godly Regenerationn? I don't believe there's anything suggesting that they could have it, but I could be wrong.
Acausality I can see.
Non-corporeality and Abstract Existence I'm unsure of.
The profile shows him as being simply 2-A, not 'At least 2-A'. From what I can gather, 'At least 2-A' implies a character's on the higher end of 2-A without being outright High 2-A.
Taking DeSu 2 into consideration is a bit iffy to begin with. Don't the Devil Survivor games take place within a separate continuity from the main series anyway?
Regarding the 2-A to High 2-A upgrade:
It may be safer to present the characters being considered as '2-A, possibly higher', like with many other profiles, rather than outright upgrading them. I've seen the current 'At least 2-A' rankings cause some confusion.
On the other hand, it may help to...
Yeah, the statement is quite vague. It doesn't help that he's a DLC demon with questionable relevance to the story of SMTIV to begin with. IV-A may have retcon'd certain details involving him and the Ancient of Days anyway.
One thing that might be worth adding:
Stephen is unbound by the cycle of transmigration/reincarnation. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that make him qualified to have Type 5 Immortality?
It's possible both Satan and Lucifer are formed from the same 'source', and how they manifest depends heavily on Observation and (possibly) the setting. In that sense, Lucifer can act as either a counterpart to Satan or as an aspect of him.
YHVH is also handled differently in Apocalypse. In...
Pretty much any demons he had in Nocturne, I would imagine. With the addition of Lucifer and Dante.
Already stated how that would make this an unnoteworthy victory, though.
If it's Demi-Fiend solo, then he clearly does not win.
If it's Demi-Fiend with a party of demons... well, that begs the question of which demons he's bringing along. If Lucifer's among them (pretty much a given, since they're on the exact same side), it's quite possible that his chances of...
Actually
Are we basing this on the assumption that Demi-Fiend is going against him one-on-one or with a party?
If it's solo, I actually WILL change my vote to a loss. Simply because no one solos YHVH to begin with (besides maybe Creator God Nanashi).
Does it say which version of YHVH SMT IV Lucifer went up against? I don't even think IV Lucifer could reliably be used for the comparison either unless we know which version of YHVH he went up against. Saying Demi-Fiend is weaker than IV Lucifer is also dubious.
We also don't know how Nocturne...
Hmm. Satan himself HAS been confirmed to vary in power based on the game (SMTIV Satan is in a whole different league from SMTII Satan.)
I may change my voice to inconclusive, actually; simply on the basis that trying to compare anything in Nocturne to their SMTII counterpart is a very prickly...
I know this is a joke, but
GOD NO. None of the protags solo YHVH (unless you have a broken build, anyway).
Edit: Come to think of it, Aleph wouldn't be able to solo him due to Voice/Breath of God, which in SMTII ALWAYS hits the party member with the lowest Int.
