^this is discussing power armor lifting for BOS and ENCLAVE. this applies to frank horrigan as well.
@soldier blue, i was simply using them to give perspective on frank horrigan in terms of an upgrade. fallout calcs vary wildly because people try to apply real-world logic to weapons made by people using vacuum tubing... fallout gauss rifles btw are calced beyond mass effect weaponry.
why? he can be argued to master chief and space marine tier... the point was that he has enough feats, skill, strength, and weaponry to take them on, therefor he is on or above their tier.
fyi Frank horrigan should be added to the upgrade list. He is consistantly placed above folks like the master chief or basic spacemarines(40k) in debates.
all fallout lasers are capable of cutting people to bits or turning them to ash. it is a gameplay mechanic that stops it from happening on every shot. there are also laser resistant armors and people(super mutants)
doomguy is stronger, just as fast and carries heavier weapons as standard. doomguy's chaingun fires larger rounds than the chiefs sniper rifle and at a miniguns rate of fire.

the calc is for half inch iron, although the chain could also be steel. the first calc is fairly irrelevant and i only gave it to give reasoning for his class 25 strength besides using the size of a cyberdemon.

I also found that the berserk power up increases Doomguy's strength ten times over giving us anywhere from a 180 to 200 tonner doomguy for a short time which is a crazy difference.
note: I need to rediscover the evidence for the berserk increase.
I nabbed this nifty strength calc off of a doomguy respect thread and I was wondering if we should edit his class 20 status to higher with armor and or/ berserk power up considering he was naked and just awakened after being sealed for a long time.

darth vader is leagues stronger than anakin was on mustafar. what your thinking of is that vaders ceiling of power is diminished. whereas before he could have become the most powerful jedi or sith ever.
1. geralts time slow is a very small area isn't it?
2. while true that the hunters tools are limited, they are far beyond anything geralt has really dealt with.
3. the hunter has more experience killing monsters and superhuman people than geralt has his entire life, so the experience factor...
Yeah I just checked the upgrades on my boi and this is pretty stompy now if its a direct confrontation. There are still a lot of variables to think through though. For example if the courier were to hide and snipe then maybe he/she would get lucky but overall this is stomp now.
Well round 1 still could go to the courier if they start a good distance away. round 2 is definitely the courier's win, but 1 is up for grabs honestly. how far apart do they start from one another? if the answer is anything under a city block then the courier dies.
