    Sure if my vote count as something. Even weak Demons do not perceive time linearly and exist across space time simultaneously simply by virtue being born/created in the expanse. That alone explain that expanse is some place/space that is already beyond time-space and Stephen just said it louder.

    I agree with Low-1C expanse/the scan however. Stephen is the smartest guy in SMT and the closest to the Great Will/Axiom. He even surpassed YHVH by great margin.     IB would already prevented that before all of those happened. IB is passive regardless of speed (of course except infinite and immeasurable). If his attack cover all earth (including Touma), it just won't work.
