    It should, since Fourze and OOO are shown to be in the same level. Since Eiji is getting a potentially High 6-A upgrade, so should Gentaro since they scale off each other.

    I don’t know about adhesive material but it’s able to cause damage to Fourze who has city level dura. Don’t know if it’ll line up one to one though.

    Well, the spine cutters are located on his forearms, so the toxic waste wouldn't really do anything to his arms since they'd be instantly freed and his arms are free to tear away at the other parts of his body that's being pinned.

    Does the toxic waste do any damage other than pinning a person. Shin’s High Vibration Nails and Spine Cutters could help him break out. If it is toxic, Shin likely has resistance towards poisons since his entire body is coated in it.

    To be honest, this could just be High 6-A Environmental Destruction over time. Since we don’t know the exact time frame it takes to Dr. Maki to convert the world into the barren plain. If that’s the case, this upgrade will only go to Dr. Maki.

    Pretty much anyone who can speed amp will get the MFTL rating due to how little the gap between baseline MFTL and All Dragon is. So this would also give characters like Over Quarter Aruto and Legend Rider Kabuto the MFTL rating but only for their speed amps.
