    She's fought many, many more times. In the tournament, she never just started with it, and there was always a battle first. Weiss has a lot of abilities and only sometimes resorts to freezing, usually as a finishing move.

    Oh yes of course. The earth would be, to say the least, beyond boned. But Yujiro isn't surviving 10 square kilometers of chemical and nuclear weapons all igniting in his face. One of the few times I've seen a glass cannon against a speed unequalized and much faster opponent be not a stomp.

    Exactly. And, to be fair, she can just Time Stop anyways. Speed equal was mostly to prevent an absolute blitz, which is fair. This could be added, as she'd not speed amping, she's time manipulating to stop/speed/slow time.
