    Not having all stones and not preferring to energy beam others. That can be somewhat countered by immortality and teleportation.

    I am serious, it normally just teleports away if you try to harass it, but the only time it "attacks" a live person it's by giving the gift of life to them. He should be able to reap still, but seems to do so for people that should be dead (he has a list on his tablet).

    As the profile says, yes. It works on ghosts, dudes, aliens, asexual humanoid plants, furrys and everything between. And it surprisingly doesn't abuse it much unless you died naturally. Even when you try to asault it or stuff it just shrugs it off and impregnates you in sims 2.

    Pretty sure he doesn't resist it at all. He has his normal resistance, which is rarely ever strong enough to matter, but his mind can be affected all the same. As for incapacitating him, anything that gives him false imput, like aizen, would work wonders.

    Fallacy is a flawed argument, stalling for time to get an argument isn't really a fallacy. Someone not being able to bring proof cannot say that the argument still can go both ways, but he can search for one and retaliate with what he came up with later.
