    Mana Skin is a type of Reinforcement Magic, just because they didn’t know how to use mana skin doesn’t mean it isn’t a type of reinforcement magic which is a broad category with many different types of boosting abilities, Mana Skin specifically is for defensive purposes.

    Why would that scale to his ap? He didn’t catch the attack physically, he caught it with his magic which would just make it time manip hax.
