    Then Ark RPL through stat amp along with immortalities including Type 9. It take around 20 seconds or so for average Zero-One Rider to adapt to 50x stat diff so Ark should close that gap within second max.

    Kamen Rider Slash and Kamen Rider Buster. Both have negative hax to speak off, both of them scale above 3.4 tons but Buster much more so being able to easily one-shot enemy that give mis-match 3 volumes Saber some trouble which is far stronger than base 1 volume Rider.
