I agree. It implies that Allan could be a genius while also accounting for what evidence we lack, such as how we don't know how much time it took him to make the rocket boots and how we don't know the circumstances he made the rocket boots in.

Fiction: Super Mario
Description: The thread presents a new profile for a magical item.
Notes: The thread is over two months old, there has been plenty of discussion, and it has been in a BUMP limbo for a while as the contributors wait for one more staff member who has evaluation...
The forecast is currently that I'll mostly only implement the information from the original post while having taken suggestions from the discussion so that it's refined. This is subject to change based on further input from staff members who have evaluation power.
I agree with the revision.
The proposal should be more specific though. How far higher than "Above Average" do you want the rank to go? There are no rocket boots that can let a human promptly fly to the Moon in real life, so Allan having made those could be a genius intelligence feat.

I presume that you're unavailable to contribute to the thread, but just in case you're available now, I'll reply here one more time to tell you that I would still appreciate you evaluating it.
I'm fine with applying "possibly High 3-A via Reality Warping" to Two as long as it also applies to Four, since both of them practically have the same magic methods of hosting. To support this stance: After Two was defeated by a zombie in another room, it was proposed by Pin that Four's power...
I know what you mean. I disagree due to the possibility being too unlikely. I'm not convinced that Black Hole would really appear the way he did in his nightmare if he were to really absorb the universe, and I instead believe he appeared that way specifically because his nightmare allowed a...
It's a good thing your work isn't entirely going to waste.
Black Hole in his nightmare still having been visible at a finite size on-screen even after destroying the infinite universe by absorbing it was probably not supposed to be taken literally to imply that his less dramatized contestant...
The information is from ''BFDI:TPOT 10: Oneirophobe's Nightmare''. The episode's challenge involved Two putting one member of each team to sleep, giving those characters nightmares, and putting the rest of the characters inside of their sleeping teammates' nightmares to save them and escape the...
The Intelligence page states that "at this level, many are capable of" achieving those four types of feat. They are four signs, not the only four possible qualifications in the way you're implying they are. If a character has one of those types of feats, then chances are, they qualify for...
The revisions look acceptable. However, at the time of this reply, the "Fat Tony dodges a bullets and Grandpa does so too" blog post looks like it has yet to be evaluated.
I got permission from @Antvasima to send a message in this thread
Two weeks ago, I did a revision to the Death Note verse page's "Power of the Verse" section that was inspired by what I read in this thread. Is this an acceptable start to implementing this project?

I guess that makes sense. As far as I'm aware, supercomputers at the time the story was written weren't necessarily far faster than humans, even though they had to be at least comparable so they can be as impressive as they were considered as. Do you think "at least Average Human" speed would be...
The "at least Superhuman" speed upgrade I'm proposing would be for AM's reaction and perception speed specifically, rather than how fast AM can do things like attack, so Ted outspeeding AM using the element of surprise still makes sense.
The replacement I have in mind is "at least Superhuman", because I'm not familiar with how fast supercomputers can process information, but I know it's faster than humans.
I initially left this out of the original post of this thread, but since I've had to write it three times in the replies of...
