How haven't I? Godzilla didn't use all of his strength to boil the water, neither do the monsters use all their strength with their KE. I have linked a multi-megaton calc by the God tier and have linked a nigh-megaton calc by a high tier also
It doesn't state that on its profile, and humans are by default more vulnerable to mind hax via having emotion and being fearful much more easily. It's safe to say an animal like Legendary Godzilla would be less vulnerable
Looking at its profile, nothing states it can kill anything via mind manipulation. I still say Godzilla high diff. What would insanity even do to something animalistic without much emotion?
Is that so? I think Godzilla mid-high diff still. I think Godzilla would be more resistant to crying, though I don't know what effect strangeness is

Machetes always looked and acted more deadly than other melee weapons I've seen in general. I mean in a few slices or stats. I believe people have killed lions with machetes before also but I'll look for confirmation
CH mid-high diff via powerful weapons and much higher intellect. The elephant gun has enough piercing power to easily kill the T. Rex if headshot; the SMAW has enough explosive power to easily damage it. Either one could kill Rexy if headshot
I have said multiple times on how it would scale to Godzilla having black hole resistance (Via his genetic material being in a black hole), even if it was just the game.
