Well, what can I say?
*Jeice, Burter and Recoome are too weak to even damage Mega Man and don't have any significant hax to threaten him with (Recoome has attack reflection listed but the page doesn't elaborate. If anyone can explain that please do so), at best they are extra targets that will...
I understand exactly what you mean, which is why I don't agree.
I don't care what standards do other pages follow, because I won't immediatly agree with their line of reasoning just because they are on the same wiki. I already don't agree with several Sonic, Undertale, Homestuck and Henry...
I'm sorry, do you even know what was removed?
Pages that were a copy paste of each other, pages that literally were "I'm the strongest and I beat everyone" (Without even any additonal joke), incomplete pages that weren't touched in months or even years, pages with embarrassingly broken format...
It's not just one item, the Awakener Chip would also have to be included which gives Mega Man unlimited ammo.
On another note, what kind of argument is "is just one item"? Why would it be acceptable as long as the number of items is below an arbitrary threshold?
Huh, I guess Mega Man's page should be phrased better.
Double Rock Buster is not a type of Mega Buster, but rather Mega Man firing two charge shots at once.
Ok so, my hot take:
In-game, resets don't seem to be treated as going to a new timeline, but rather just going back in time.
Otherwise, why would several characters vaguely remember pre-reset events? Wouldn't those memories be left behind in the timeline that supposedly "stopped"?
But let's say...
I believe its a bit of gameplay/story segregation.
The game makes it very clear that Mega Man stands no chance against the bosses of MM11 without the DGS, and characters can take attacks x times stronger than themselves without scaling directly.
Also, scaling Mega Man's durability to PG attacks...
I dozed off everytime I tried to understand the 2-B ratings: In the previous thread because I couldn't find the arguments in the sea of replies, here because I have been awake for 18 hours.
And no, I haven't even read the profiles in a while, I just found this thread and got tunnel vision with...
By this logic A LOT of games have game mechanics as canon. Placeholder dialogue for impossible scenarios is very common.
This is a topic where I'm the "Who the hell even knows?" spectrum, I only comment in the things I have an issue with.
As long as the wiki doesn't use "Chara destroying the...
I really don't get using exactly 100 timelines because of fun values.
As far as I know, there's no way for you to know how many fun values exist unless you do some datamining or read the wiki.
What I'm trying to say is, if we specifically use fun values to determine the number of timelines, then...
So Chara is honest about their intentions before destroying the world, but after the fact they shame the player for their actions even though it was all a part of the plan they were so open about before?
The way I understand it, from how Chara describes themselves and their relation to the...
Playing a bit of devil's advocate here, but Chara's statement gets contradicted with this interpretation.
"Let's erase this pointless world and move on to the next"
If "this world = this timeline", then shouldn't "the next = another timeline"?
Is Chara changing what world means mid sentence...
The thing is, even if you manage to do it, all you get is an achievement but Wily says that Mega Man only won thanks to the DGS with neither Mega Man nor Light contradicting him.
That's a bit problematic, how would that be handled on a VS thread?
Also, wow, there are quite a few more things that I wanted to say:
From Super Adventure Rockman, Mega Man has an alternate way to fire the Mega Buster, the Search Snake is capable of going through the air (Also aplies to Mega...
Oh, the Time Stopper also works differently than how it is described in the page.
What it does in SAR is freeze time for a few seconds the first shot, and shooting while time is stopped works like uncharged buster shots except they still consumme ammo (You can switch to other weapons instead)...
OH WOW I TOTALLY DIDN'T FORGET TO COMMENT UNTIL NOW WOW.
There are a few other things that should be changed:
*The Proto Shield should be moved to the post Stardroid invasion key due to Super Rockman Adventure taking place after it, explanation here.
*Mega Man has shown surface scaling on his...
Everything seems fine, not sure if the Dive Missile has been confirmed to be heat seeking.
As for Roll, I feel like this Is an important for her as a note:
"Roll's role as a protagonist in Mega Man Powered up is only a what-if scenario. As such, she lacks the combat experience she should have...
Ok, if that's how you wanna do things, at least answer this:
During Sans final rush, your INV frames don't trigger. In that context, what does "your INV frames not triggering" mean?
You don't seem to understand what I'm asking.
There ARE cases were a singular mechanic can be used to represent different things.
Can't think of one for Undertale, so let's go with... Sonic, I guess.
In Sonic games, losing rings is the representation of your character being hurt, but when you...
I didn't ask for the mechanics behind it, I'm asking why it means different things
You cannot consume Bad Memory in a context where INV frames would be useful, so no need to code it to trigger them.
I think I might have found a solution for this. Let's talk game mechanics and interpretation said mechanics:
When in combat, Frisk loses HP when coming into contact with an attack, and they can also lose HP by consuming a Bad Memory. Consuming said object works under completly different rules...
I had this question, and I keep finding problems with the answers given so far.
Think you could help?
