    It's still something he can use though. If it wasn't usable at all then I wouldn't even be arguing this. For example, Fat Gum can't just use Spear on command, he has to store kinetic energy first and then use it just like Qin's ability.

This is literally like if you mixed Fat Gum's Kinetic Energy Absorption with a Saiyan's Ability to grow stronger mid-fight. It should be in his AP whether you like it or not.     He has to eat flesh, yes, but it doesn't have time be a lot, just whatever he can get his jaws on so really anytime it bites an enemy and rips a chunk out of them it should be healing.

    The Needler is kind of slow though compared to actual bullets. Yeah, he'll probably still get hit but the Grunt is definitely dying first.

    The only time I ever see these little ***** land actual good hits are with Fuel Rod Cannons and Plasma Launchers, both of which are Rocket Launcher-esque weapons and the Plasma Launcher even has homing projectiles.
