    I don't think there is a specific energy value for this. Angle grinders, which I've personally seen at my workplace, can cut through steel. They use abrasive disks to achieve this task.

    Two problems with that. 1. That can be resisted physically (any foe that can do it in Bowser's Inside Story will do it) and Godzilla has a very significant LS advantage. 2. Bowser can be forced to cough up whatever escapes his body.
