    I don't quite get it, is the other Anti-Magic user from another verse? If so it depends on the person's Anti-Magic i guess. Regardless, Asta's Anti-Magic, shouldn't be able to negate itself, so as longas that person uses AM to fly instead of magic, they should be fine.

    Even without resistance, Holy Manipulation doesn't instantly kill devils, they just take more damage from it. The hax is only useful to destroy the heart once fully exposed

    That's a sleep of death though, not sure he'd wake up from that. Especially since it works on people with sleep manip resistance. The sleep inducement isn't instantaneous though, so there's that.

    If you remove a Spatial Dimension from an object, it very much loses 1 Dimension and thus is no longer the same Dimensionality as before. That's like saying a cube in a drawing is 3 Dimensional, it's not. The best thing you can do represent its shape from a 2-D perspective.
