According to the person posting on that forum, that may just be a choice of the translator rather than an actual consistent statement. It could just be an expression to say "tenfold increase" like how a person says "decimate" without really meaning "removing by 1/10th".
As mentioned in my edit above, I'll have my suggestions for the calc and my next response up later today, just been busy yesterday. Thanks to everyone by the way for waiting while I get ready.
Looks like a small mistake may have happened at some point. Since both justifications are already on the profile, I'll make the corrections by getting rid of the "+".
Most of the Calc Group Members are fine with the calc in the OP. Dalesean and I have stated we're fine with the new Mid End which averages the two shots of the cube - Rusty and Clover have said they aren't fine with this version as far as I can tell. This isn't final though as I've got some more...
I agree with that method, yes. I think there's a small modification I'd make the calc itself in that sandbox but I'm heading out imminently and not in a position to argue it / re-calc it until tomorrow. I also need to respond to one of your earlier posts tomorrow too.
No, there was a thread to remove it as being FTL if I recall correctly because we don't know how far Naruto moves in relation to the beam. A character can dodge a bullet without necessarily being as fast or faster than the bullet.
Since it mentions that the beam goes right by Naruto's ear, it...
Yeah, we do sometimes. Did you see Arc7Kuroi's post earlier in the thread? There was a similar case where we averaged two different sizes in Naruto for a feat.
If whichever size of the cube is most valid is interpretation-based then using both shots makes sense as a reasonable compromise. I can...
He shouldn't have Adaptation for this. He's a native of Planet Vegeta; 10x Earth gravity is normal to him. You wouldn't say that humans have Adaptation because we've adapted to living on 1x Earth's gravity.
A Calc Group thread is probably the best place to get this answered, but I suspect that it wouldn't be viable because as you said the majority of the distance between the two objects here is vacuum. Can't really do an air blast over vacuum.
Okay, so I think we can agree that in order to find the size of the cube in the first place using the method in the OP, the edge of the cube and the fan have to be on roughly the same plane. If they weren't, for example by one being far in the background, then you couldn't pixelscale from one to...
Yeah, Woods-Woods fruit would be one of the best. Soul-Soul Fruit is too impractical given that you'd have to terrify people for their souls to be extracted or having them willingly donate parts of their lifespan which most people would not be for.
The big cube that Wolfram throws at All Might & Deku should have consistent size because it's the same cube and he shows no reason to shrink it; but it's depicted at different sizes in different shots.
For example this is the main scan being used to find its size in the OP, comparing it to a...
This is a very simple revision so should just be fine with my approval - and Therefir (thought not a thread moderator, is a knowledgeable MHA supporter) also agrees with it.
Well, I'm not necessarily opposed - it just seems like a scaling leap. It is different applications; firing it all off in a single blast vs. keeping it cloaked around him as an aura. Doesn't necessarily mean every action he takes is like having the energy beam stacked on top of it.
