I'm only seeing one train car being sent flying up the distance you're measuring.

That's not the weight of an entire train.

You can check out the source I used. It has a whole train at 4000 to 20000 metric tons

Each car is between 30 and 80 tons, so I averaged it out to 55 tons (55000kg)

Are you sure this applies to these types of trains, and the source if reliable?
