Since 2 calculations are accepted, I wanted to let you know that I have removed the two.

for feat 1, just calc the destruction of the wall (youd remove the lil bit as he punches through it tho).
And then get work (he pulled his arm back so uh, just divide the joules, by his arm being pulled back distance), bam ya get newtons, which can be converted directly into kgf or tons and whatever.

let's say it's 1000000j or whatever, and the motion he does to pull him back, is his arm's length or whatever, and that's 0.80m (i dont actually know what it is for him, im just throwing out a number).

Ya just go 1000000 / 0.80m = newtons. And newtons can be converted directly into LS shit.

For feat 3, are you treating the destroyed chunk as half a rectangle, hence the "/ 2"?
