Based on the blades being way beyond that rat's tier & him having lots of Stealth/Skill, he might be hard to find a match for.

Yeah Manhunter's weakness is NPI which all of my 7As had so even if he did manage to not get stomped there's an obvious win

Manhunter like to try and phase through attacks.
