Regardless of whether it's 4 spatial dimensions or 3 spatial + 1 temporal dimensions, the point stands. You need to prove that there's an overaching time flow that treats that 4-dimensional space as an object within it.

Just "4-dimensional space has time" doesn't tell me anything, especially when it's not even made clear if all 4 dimensions are spatial in nature.

Then you'd need proof of a time dimension on top of those four. Which would be fine for Low 1-C then.
