The issue with that logic is that it wouldn't make the feat any faster, but slower. The total distance Bottle's mouth moved would still feel vastly slower to the Gamma Ray Burst where the distance between the space pods and Earth is thousands of kilometers by an eyeballing, and Bottle would only be moving a total of a few meters at most.
