I mean you can't really make a tier 1 gap in cosmology because of verse equalization

Verse equalization only applies on the semantics of certain powers involved, not on summoning itself unless there's some semantic at play from one of the combatants that could disrupt it or something, anything further can be fixed with more specific details on the vs thread itself either way.
