Well given the description of what Dimensional Manipulation is and what abilities/versatilities they constitute I wanted to know if this would qualify.

Here: It shows characters who are physical drawn/created as 2-D beings on flat piece of paper and physical jumping out of the page and into the real world and becoming real as the 3-D beings who drew them.
Here & Here: It shows characters who are literally 2-D drawings on flat surfaces (such as paper and walls) being able to physically interact with and affect the 3-D world. Showing being able to partially more themselves into the 3-D world or have their attacks cross over into the 3-D world and affect 3-D beings despite being just the characters being just 2-D drawings.
Here: It shows a being who is an arcade game character in a 2-D side scrolling game morphs himself into 3-D character that can exist outside the confines of the 2-D game (he also displays 3-D features as a plus) and then pulls other 3-D characters down to his 2-D level as 2-D arcade characters.

With this being said and shown
Would these be valid for:
1. Dimensional Manipulation
2. Limited Dimensional Manipulation
3. Dimensional Manipulation via “Insert another Hax”
