I asked Ultima privately. He confirmed that containing physical universes doesn't mean the higher realm is spatial.

So as Ultima explains here, if it is unknown where the higher dimensional realms come from, this does not give any tier.( There are a few more explanations for this.)
But if it's a universal sized or known where it came from, this gives you tier.

Yes, as I said, you should see the interviews and Cory's statements, primordials and mechanice of the verse. The person who opened the downgrade revision didn't knowingly add these and thinks we're making Low 1-C just a simple expression of "higher existence".
Cory explains it all literally, and the phrases we already have "uninteracted" and "power with higher existence" are backed up by Cory's statements. Also, Cory refers to the higher dimensional realm there. He has 2 interwiew

The rather obvious difference between these two scenarios is that in the CRT you linked, you tell Ultima that it is known that this realm is 12-D.
In GoW's case, we are not told that this realm is spatial at all. Just that it's higher in some way.

We don't have such a problem and it's all explained, although the word "5-D" is not directly mentioned, there are many contexts, statements and feats.

None of the statements justify viewing the higher realm as being spatial or having increased spatiality. The piece of information you attempted to use to justify that was, in fact, not sufficient. You tried to bring Ultima into it saying he endorsed it, but then I asked him and he agreed with me that it could be a non-physical higher plane that doesn't have increased spatiality.

Direct statements were never required and these are your own wishes. Our standards never mandated direct statements, and you still haven't quoted Ultima's comment.

It is sufficient for it to contain multiple pantheons and universes, and higher existence in the comic is "depicted as a universal sized space and designed as such".
