For her base AP, the tobiroppo scaling to Hawkins was removed in a previous CRT so it should be replaced with this:

I'm also not sure she ever looked down on Ulti.

You shouldn't, it's an overtime thing from the spread of fire. For example it a human burned a bush and it spread into a forest fire they wouldn't scale for burning the whole forest down.

The rest looks good though.

I had no idea the Tobi Roppo scaling to Hawkins was removed, so I'll take care of that.

Okay about the Wanyudo part. I'll just forget about that.

I put the Ulti part because in their introduction chapter Black Maria was calling her "Ully" while teasing her, right after Who's Who call Page One and Ulti annoying brats.

I mean, as long as removing it doesn't change their relativistic+ scaling (which I don't think it does), removing it shouldn't be an issue, tbh.
