I will reply to you here then and tackle everything you said point by point:

"No, it isn't. It's merely being above a High 1-A the way they're above a 1-A and it's described by pretty explicit mathematics. This definition you're using hasn't been in use here for over 2 years."

Yes, yes it is. Tier 0 simply means something upon which everything else depends. Tier 0 is necessary, everything lower than it is dependant. This is all Tier 0 is. I mean... you can make Tier 0 mean anything you want because it's just a word, you can say Tier 0 = cats, but if you actually want it to be a meaningful description of the characters you attribute this tier to, then you will have to philosophically comprehend it. Something that you and that guy clearly don't. I don't say this to be demeaning, but you don't even know the first thing about Tier 0. You think Tier 0 is a pure linear mathematical concept but that couldn't be further from the truth. You can't represent an Absolute through mathematics because an Absolute is beyond symbols.

"Once again, Tier 0 is a defined level of power that any character can reach. There's a verse here with infinite Tier 0s that are encompassed by a higher Tier 0.
Seriously, there's no point to a thread like this that addresses a standard not used here."

And that's perfectly fine. You can hold whatever standard you want, you can say that Tier 0 means a pickle jar, but that's not consistent with what you are referring to.

I actually want you to reopen the thread just so I can post my reply there. I'm not breaking any rules and I'm being cordial, no point in closing the thread just because I'm contrary. If you don't like my views, debate me there or here.

I can't tell if this is a joke or if you legitimately think this arm chair philosophy is something we base tiers on.

It's not "me and him", it's the entire site that doesn't agree with whatever you seem to think Tier 0 is. We base it on math, that's it. Philosophy can allow you to get to it but even then it's not via pure "beyond omnipotent" drivel.

You're completely free to disagree with that but don't act like our self chosen metric has to abide by whatever views you have of it.

Have a nice day.
