That’s not what the scan is showing it’s just showing the dr Slump characters on a page and the 5D avatar scribbling it out and erasing them and it didn’t affect them so it wouldn’t be a boost to their hax just EE ressitance right?

3-D Avatars can also that. 3-D Avatars have done so multiple times, using Manga strips and manipulating what is on them to affect and change the Dr Slump world time and time again.
The 5-D Avatars operate on a level where the fictional characters of Dr Slump can’t affect nor interact with them and in fact, later on in the episode the Dr Slump characters interact with that same Toriyama avatar you see performing that EE feat. So yeah, just another 3-D Avatar
