I’d say a Possibly Tier 6 is fine in this case. Some profiles do that after all.

If there aren’t any Anti-Feats (not lower feats) I’d personally go for just straight up placing them at Tier 6, though I assume this isn’t the case here.

Actually, this makes me question the rating of that page. The High 6-C+ rating doesn't even have a specific calc for that, also ratings with a plus sign requires a calc. Which seems to come out of nowhere.
