There's a few ways you can do it.

You can take human volume, one of the dimensions in the humanoid, and upscale it accordingly. If there's a giant twice as tall as a human, it would have 2^3 times, or 8 times, the volume. A giant three times as tall would have a volume 3^3 times, or 27 times as large.

You can do some pixel-measuring nonsense to precisely measure the cross-section of the humanoid, and then directly measure the depth. Since a humanoid's depth varies a lot less than their width, this is pretty precise without being too difficult if you get a proper frontal view and a proper side view.

You can assume normal human shoulder-width for calculations involving human-sized holes.

You can use a complicated model viewer, if you're indexing something from a game and have the expertise to do that, and pixel-scale in there to get volume relatively easily and very accurately.
