The first one might be able to be done if the heights of the creatures were known, but I don't know them.

@Agnaa Hmm...do you think you can use the dimensions of the average barrel and pixel scale it to Bentley (the fat one) in this scene here? Also, canonically Rogan is 6'3" in the first game, so could you use his height to find Simon's (the creature he's shooting) here? Hopefully, it should help.
