Mainly depends on the context as well as it differ on which stated multiplers is mentioned or not, Btw, for the record, I don’t necessarily agree with the calculation for that matter nor did disagreeing with it overall.

I mean yeah, context changes things, but I still think it serves the purpose; I don't think the context has any differences extreme enough to make it a bad comparison.

It has stated numbers, albeit with some wiggle room, meant to indicate superior power. While OPM has a graph which can be measured, albeit with some wiggle room, and is meant to indicate superior power.

I think it's noteworthy that the former is, imo, stronger but got rejected.

Because in your case in the thread you provided, it mentions a stated multiplier by a character while the statements that did came along with the graph that was accepted and only the 5x multiplier got rejected.
