Been way to busy dealing with CRT shit to partake in any vs matches.
If you need confirmation or any questions relating to a topic, power, or whatever, I'll answer those to the best of my ability but I don't have the time to debate on matches myself extensively (and given it's on page 2 already...).
I can help with whatever you need to know basically but I can't do it myself, what little time I have right now is prioritized with recalcs and shit.

Strym is a HA Dio supporter, you could ask for his input if you need backup on the thread itself though.

I have no idea if this helps, but HA DIO is probably gonna get put up at High 8-C off of GER scaling, who's gonna get upgraded for folding King Crimson, a top tier stand and having the highest raw attack output of any Stand.

TWOH is GER's physical equal in EOH, so while nothing scales to GER in canon, in noncanon, TWOH would scale as well.

Though only GER/TWOH/SPOH would be upgraded above 8-C out of all existing stands so keep that in mind.

Well, I'd keep that in mind, but I doubt that it helps in this match since his wincons are hax.

Anyways, I just have a question, but can Pre-Absorption Dio BFR people with a thought, or does he have to touch them? And I assume his TS is thought-based in this form, right?

Dio's time stop is thought based in EVERY form, canon, noncanon, etc.
Shadow Dio, DIO, HIGH DIO, Diego, Ultimate Dio, HA DIO, every Dio you can think of is thought based time stop, and not just him, but Jotaro too.
King Crimson as well.


HA Dio pre key has thought based BFR, but it's of a different method then his usual "lol bye bitch" BFR, it takes a second (as in. like a literal second or two from his perspective) he can BFR and teleport others via rifts and eoh pre key.
Though if he touches (or maybe not touch, but at least within a close proximity), he can pull off his usual BFR.
(Though, he can pull people into HIS dimension regardless of where they are in any universe at a thought and at range prekey, but that's less BFR and more making it so others cant escape).

Though I did a quick gleam of the bottom of the thread, don't really know what's being discussed other then BFR? But it should be mentioned that HA DIO has a scarily accurate capability of pinpointing other's location regardless of universe or how many away they are, never explained how or why he can but it is something he can and has done. He even managed to find Funny Valentine casually with seemingly zero effort despite Funny having ran through so many universes trying to escape he outright lost count only for Dio to teleport in and say he can arrive wherever he pleases at a whim and then he kills Funny.

Also given what I know of HA Dio's opponent,so this may be worth noting, but every single character in EOH has some degree of being completely uneffected by changes to the past or their past self.

Old Joseph and friends went back into the time of Part 2 and changed events, and Old joseph was completely uneffected, even though it was made explicitly clear that he was quite literally interacting with himself by Funny (it's why the D4C paradox didn't effect him, it wasn't two different joseph's, it was the same Joseph at different points in time, as said by Funny himself).

Plus a bunch of other examples of things being tweaked if even slightly but characters from the future being completely uneffected, at one point there was even Two Kira's, Kosaku and pre Kosaku, and the Kosaku version was completely uneffected even though his past self is literally hanging out with him, in a completely dofferent dimension across space time decades in the future comparatively to their original universe and has changed his future to such an extent that the whole encounter that made Kira become Kosaku was straight up no longer on the table or was gonna happen, and Kosaku Kira was, of course, completely fine. (He even shows up later with his past self in Part 6's prison to fight the good dudes, as in, past Kira straight up ceased to exist in Part 4's time and went decades into the future, but Kosaku Kira was still uneffected even though th events that made him no longer happened).

This applies to every single character in the game, time paradox shit simply isn't really a thing EOH gave a **** about so everyone and everything simply isnt effected by changes to the past or their past selves.

Actually, this may be enough to give HA DIO and Jotaro Acausality Type 1, I may have to look into that.
