That would upgrade Drogon from 0.3 Tons to 0.6 Tons and Balerion from 79 Tons (8-B) to 155 Tons (8-A), as well as increasing their size and weight

I'm doing a rework of Bran Stark's profile and I had two doubts:
1) What intelligence should he have? Since his powers allow him to see any event from the past that is recorded, and he also has visions of the present and the future. Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran's actor) describes his power like this: "The way Bran's power works at the moment is that he's basically got a Kindle library of the whole history of the universe."
2) In this scene, is Bran using Telepathy or Memory Manipulation, or both? Since he knows the phrase that Littlefinger was going to say, and he had only said it in a private conversation with Varys so it isn't recorded anywhere. Or should we assume that he knew it because of his Clairvoyance?
By the way, can I use the statement that Drogon is a 20% bigger than Rhaegal and Viserion?

Not sure about Bran's intelligent. But the power is more like nigh-omniscient.
That was just a result of clairvoyance.
