on page 204, Genm jumps from Earth to Mars, covering the round trip distance in a few moments, the scene says that it was in the blink of an eye, but reading it gives the impression that it was something around 10 seconds.

I suggest putting it as:

Relativist most riders in final form and kaijins in EX-AID.

Muteki as speed of light in movement with combat and reactions above light compared to Genm.

Genm God Billion would have all its final speed stats as above light.

We're going to be covering speed as in Ex-Aid and other seasons, there's instances of reacting to light. We just aren't at that stage in revisions quite yet, we'll need some calc members to help

I have a calculation about the Genm scene going from Earth to Mars but I think it's better to wait for someone more qualified, as for Muteki, if the translation is not wrong then it is openly said that he was moving at the speed of light, so I don't think that need calculation on this specifically.

I don't doubt that, it's just that we have feats of CR Riders blocking light at a close range, so those will likely garner greater levels
