Well they accepted 9D HDE, but we also proposed 1C smurf. We know DTDT wants to separate smurf into range and potency in a future CRT.
What we tried is insurance against that, so even when DTDT gets his CRT we can rest assured we will still remain smurf.

Also a quick question, can regeneration negation extend to astral bodies or is regen neg limited to physical biological stuff??
On the other point, I don't think my input is needed since Antvasima gave the go-ahead for the application of the changes. I don't remember how range and hax proposed change where I think from the current standard, HD hax is fine,

For context this is thread. DT postponed this thread before conclusion for a later date. So nothing officially has changed as far as versus battleboarding stuff.
But inline with DT's logic as as Ultima also approved before PoC CRT, HDE would only grant range as far as currently accepted. So indexing job for all accepted stuff is basically over, and all stuff is already profiled.
What we are asking is purely battleboarding stuff, since smurf is only a thing is versus battles.
So basically HDE either grants range, or both range and potency. We made the proposal countless times for both hax and range in thread, but only range got accepted...smurf hax everyone ignored...not to mention most people aren't understanding the difference between too.
So if you approve both range and hax potency based on @Tony_di_bugalu proposals, we would like to request an vote of acceptance on thread so others can also know.
