Not very, but I'll probably get dragged in if someone proposes an upgrade like that.
We already know how narratives work, if the explanation's different it might not matter due to inconsistency, if it's the same then it won't really matter.
If TSK is associated with narratives that wouldn't upgrade TSK to 1-A, it would downgrade narrative characters to 1-C.
Narrative characters are 1-A because Acidverse says the true nature of reality is Low 1-A, and since Acidverse only includes non-narrative god-tiers like SK, we assume that means that narratives are above that Low 1-A true nature of reality (also supported by narrative characters having different metaphysical qualities than other god-tiers, and seeing reality as fiction). But if characters like SK can do narrative stuff too, then all that evidence is naught, and nothing would scale to Low 1-A.
EDIT: But I will mention, if it doesn't upgrade SK, but instead adds a new key which is 1-A and which no-one else scales to, that wouldn't wreck all the scaling.
