This would greatly simplify the editing process. All levels follow the feat of Wakatsuki 8-B +, however it is likely to be at a higher level considering that the kick is claimed to be 3 times stronger and scales to 225 tons. However, this hit cannot scale to durability as it is 2-shoted by Julius, who is equal or superior in strength.
Special moves scale to 8-A for high and top tier characters.
Mid tier characters should scale to 8-B, likely higher
Low tier characters scaled to base 8-B
