Toneri could've just taken out the Yin Yang Release from the TSO, which was done by a non focused Juubito.

The Yin-Yang release is responsible for the Power Null, not the Matter hax as far as I know.

Honestly, we should just rule "The Last" anti feats as outliers.
It wasn't even written by Kishimoto, and they released the movie with Sage KCM Naruto flying (even though it's a Six Paths Senjutsu attribute).

Also, was it confirmed that that cage was made out of truthseeking orbs? He has Telekinesis, he could've just pulled it up

Another thing to note is the number of Naruto's TSOs:
Naruto used 1 against Madara in the form of a Baton which Madara cut in half with Light Fang
Naruto used some in the form of rods to restrain Madara's Limbo Clone
Naruto used 6 in the form of Bijuudama Rasenshurikens to destroy Madara's CT meteors
Sasuke used 1 in the form of a foothold platform
Naruto used 2 in the form of rods to pin Black Zetsu
Naruto used 3 to block Sasuke's Susanoo Arrows

The number of Naruto's TSOs is inconsistent for the majority of the fight against Madara and Kaguya he had a complete set then against Sasuke he had only 3 for some reason

The Bijuudama Rasenshurikens all came back, notice the movement lines.
Those rods are 1 each, so I see probably like 9 in the first picture.

So he lost three against Madara, then three more against Kaguya.
So what happened to the last three? He still had them during his clash against Sasuke.

Naruto originally had 9, yes, while other Juubi Jins had 10.
I guess Naruto had one for each Bijuu inside him, while Juubi Jins had one for each Biju and one for the Gedo Mazo.

Maybe he had 10 except we couldn't see it.

First against Madara when he blocks lightning.
Rod gets cut but Naruto holds the bottom half still, top half, nobody knows.
So far only one is gone.
Naruto puts 3 rods into the limbo clone.
That's 3 gone.
Madara's limbos multiply, so that's 4 limbo clones, so we can assume the 3 orbs that went to bind Madara came back.
Naruto throws 1 Bijuudama Rasenshuriken. He makes 6 more.
Sasuke covers Naruto w/ Susanoo, so none of them come back to Naruto, so that means at that point in time, Naruto only had 7 that he threw.
We then see 6 visible ones on Naruto's back that return post Susanoo.
We see 5 on Naruto's back and 1 in his hand, showing that he has 6 more.
Rod turns to ball, Naruto has 6 more.
One orb turns to footstool. Naruto has 5 more.
Naruto uses 2 on Zetsu. We see 3 on Naruto's back (far left).
One of Zetsu's rods turn into footstool for Sasuke (leaves Zetsu as we only see one holding him at bottom left).
Now, we only see 2 behind Naruto. This could potentially be because of the absorbing hand that we see Naruto and Sasuke dodging.
I noticed I was wrong as hell and that there's 2 on Zetsu. So maybe Naruto made Sasuke's footstool.
I'm assuming the footstool disappeared when Naruto went base. Explaining why he had 3
