It inflicts a curse onto the opponent and prevents the wound from healing until they die. With Barbed Spear, it reverses causality, so the effect of the target's heart being pierced occurs before the cause of the attack. Harpe is a holy sword that nullifies the special abilities of immortals and wounds made by it cannot be healed. Rule Breaker is a Noble Phantasm that can negate magic, including magical constracts such as those between a master and a servant)

Depend on what kind of thread it is, i'm currently trying to finish small, minor CRTs that is easy to evaluate. Some big thread like tiering upgrade, controversial abilities will be later, we have too many threads currently not finish.
About consistency, well, i already formulated the course of action i should take in the near future, still, i hope that new threads will not pop up faster than my evaluation ability lol, if that is the case and i'm sure couldn't keep up, especially i already saw multiple big tiering upgrades lol

Lol. Btw are you a supporter or atleast have any knowledge of Honkai Star Rail or Demon Slayer by any chance. I might end up sending you evaluation requests for them in a distant future. (Not soon though)

Hey how big of an outlier does a feat have to be for it to be unuseable. Not even through calcs, mainly because the feat itself is CRAZY

That is pretty subjective, there is a page dedicated to whhen a feat is considered to be outlier iirc

After reading it, the feat in question breaks guideline 1 as its a STRONG feat. i dont think it breaks number 4 because comparable characters doesnt have the range, was casual, werent trying to destroy everything, or doesnt have a flashy power.
