- While it's invalid for durability given that he used Captain America's shield, it should still work as a Lifting Strength feat, so it slightly upgrades his LS since Giant Ant-Man > Vision who scales to about 20x the Lifting Strength value that Doom currently scales to.
- It's also not inconsistent since the Class G feat that Doom scales to is one that Doom did extremely casually and with one hand.

- General Intelligence: Even as a young man, he was capable of combining science and sorcery to create freeze grenades. Created Singularity Disruptors/Big Bang Cannons that were described by Reed Richards (who was amazed by them) as Doom having "weaponized the building blocks of the universe", as well as a machine to harness the power of the Negative Zone. Is as intelligent as Kristoff (who received his intelligence from having Doom's personality uploaded into his mind), who hacked part of Uatu the Watcher's ship. - Leadership & Strategy: Has led his armies to successfully invade various countries, including Rotruvia and Symkaria. During his invasion of Rotruvia, Doom created an emergency device in his superweapon that would destroy Rotruvia's sole natural resource should the superweapon be destroyed, crippling the nation's economy and leading them to surrender to Doom anyways, even with the Avengers repelling Doom's invasion. Captain Marvel describes Doom's planning as always having "layers within layers - and traps within traps". Sent a specialized Doombot as a doppleganger to a meeting with the Cabal, which when destroyed unleashed a swarm of insectoid machines that decimated Norman Osborn's headquarters, all the while leaving Norman Osborn in a situation where he was powerless to retaliate.
- Combat Skill: Tricked Kang the Conqueror into coming close to him by pretending that Kang's weapon had sapped his will, before using a nearby knife to badly wound and defeat Kang. While in the Human Torch's body, successfully pretended to be suffocating to trick Susan Storm into lowering her guard. When Dormammu attacked Earth, Doom as Sorcerer Supreme prepared three spells in advance to be activated at various specific times as part of his contingency plan against Dormammu, with this plan allowing him to save the Avengers (whom he knew would side with him over Dormammu) and turn the tide against an otherwise-victorious Dormammu, and he was even capable of adapting the techniques and abilities of his enemies into his fighting style.

- Thus, SS Doom's tier/AP/SS should be "5-A, up to Low 1-A with the Eye of Agamotto (Repeatedly harmed Dormammu), with his durability being "Planet level, up to Low Outerverse level with the Eye of Agamotto (Used the Eye of Agamotto to completely protect himself from a blast from Dormammu)
