Agree with everything, some addictions
Further Healing (Low-Mid. Healed an alien creature that had been blasted through and badly injured by a plasma shot)
I think this should be Healing (Low-Godly) becuase this feat i show you a while ago, is Fantastic four vol 1 202, where Silver surfer restored the physical body of a being that was only a consciousness in that moment
this should fall as Madness type 2 too, as Doom says he spreading the Negativity to everyone and is often refering as they going mad
 
Fear Manipulation (Even when badly wounded to the point of being hospitalized and having almost his entire face bandaged, Doom could terrify a man with his glare)

In regards to this specifically, is there anything indicating Doom is forcibly inflicting fear on that man through supernatural methods as opposed to just... being really intimidating?

Not sure what else it'd go under, admittedly. You are right that he's just got aura a terrifying glare.
