Titians are not equal to Monarchs, i don’t even know why you are bringing that up when like 2 days ago you said the titians are fodder. They got their asses beat easily by rulers.
Also (One of the statements is literally talking about monarchs when it says infinite power) regardless monarchs scale to the absolute being and the destruction of all of existence . Obviously they would scale to high 3-A currently. Until they ultimately scale higher once the cosmology is established.
I find it absurd that you still don't understand what an avatar/vessel is. The Monarchs and Rulers manifest on Earth through human avatars. If they could use their true forms without consequence, there would be no reason to rely on avatars in the first place.
The series explicitly states multiple times that they are weaker while using avatars than they were in their true forms during the war. I can recall at least three separate statements confirming this alone. Their feats and statements in their true forms are way different from what they show through their avatars.
On Earth, their best feat is shaking the entire planet. There are also statements that they could destroy the planet but deliberately refrain from doing so because Earth is being used as a trap for the Rulers.
And while in their true forms you have statements and feats like
The Absolute Being created the world, and created the Rulers to protect it and the Monarchs to destroy it. The context clearly refers to the universe,and even confirmed by Antares explicitly stating that he was born to destroy everything in existence. You also have Antares shaking dimensions with his roar.
Rulers killed the Absolute Being. And Following your own logic that characters who fight each other are on the same tier that would make the Rulers on the level of a being capable of creating multiple universes.
There are also multiple statements about Ashborn possessing the power to destroy everything the Absolute Being created. "Everything" refers to all of creation. And Antares is comparable to Ashborn at least.
Then just as supporting evidence you have 3 statements of infinite power.
All of this is from the main series alone with absolutely NOTHING from ragnorock.
Ragnarok helps even more by stating that the Monarchs were created to destroy everything the Absolute Being had created, also explicitly states that the Monarchs require human vessels because descending in their true forms would cause the universe itself to collapse under the weight of their power
Have statements stating the shadow monarch possesses the power to erase all of existence and return everything to nothingness and another statement that says Antares roar shakes dimensions (which he already does in the main series)
And that's still leaving out a bunch of supporting evidence.
I find it funny asf that you think fighting someone automatically places both characters on the same level. By that logic, getting completely overwhelmed by an opponent somehow scales you equally to them, which is obviously not how power scaling works.(which is literally what happened to like anyone that fought the monarchs)
