What do you all think about this?

I was browsing Reddit when I saw this post.
.

It's cool that the guy is using my Imgur album.
What does all of this mean? Blasters move visually at incosistent speeds, so to see their rael speed, it is better to look to lore and what it says about their speed. When we do we see that it is very clear that blasters are meant to be enormously fast. Furthermore, Matt Martin is one of main editors of SW canon, and he says that he thinks they are light speed as well.

I mean hyperspace travel is indeed faster than light but that doesn't mean they have a different definition of “lightspeed” - it is just a matter of people colloquially using “lightspeed” to refer to going super-relativistically through hyperspace even though not everyship travels at exactly 1c. They all have different speeds all beyond lightspeed.

Like the whole reason FTL travel is even possible is because you are essentially highjacking a higher dimension to bypass the conventional speed limit of IRL physics. Blasters in realspace should still just be Rel - SoL.

I'm on vacation, so I might be more active; I need to apply some CRTs.

Since I saw interest in CM1 Force, I might do that.

I also want to finish the Force Spirits section. Then I have to decide what their stats will look like.

The biggest difference is that the NJO is a single series of books while the High Republic is a multi media project of several ongoing stories around a large theme, its much closer to the multi media clone wars project.
With the Clone Wars multi-media project the shows, comics, novels, and such of it are each and all able to stand on their own with everything else helping to supplement it, plus the Clone Wars has released media over the course of 12 years while the High Republic has released its media only over 4 year sand you have to read/buy more of the stories, switching between novels and comics and so on, to be in the know of what's going on.

Also @OTG0001 finished reading Temptation of the Force, and thought it was all hot air
