The Long awaited Speed downgrade of New 52 Flash

Hell I'd index basically everyone who's MFTL+ in the New 52 to only that in space.

However that will never happen so basically just seperate his movement and combat/reaction speeds

High Hypersonic will be them reaching Escape Velocity, or one could use the lowest low end for clearing cities, though based on his abundance of MHS feats that should probably be his baseline. FTL will be when he uses the treadmill to run into the Speed Force. MFTL+ Combat/Reactions, femtosecond feat, fighting Supergirl, JL Computer and Maybe Outrunning Omega Beams

Actually looking back that might not be valid, the treadmill was said to "carry him past the speed of light" so I think he could hit LS or like Rel+
 
So we have:

  • Varies,
    • High Hypersonic+ (Escape Velocity Feat)
    • up to FTL movement speed when entering the speed force (Speed of Light statement regarding going to the speed force)
    • MFTL+ Combat/Reaction speeds (femtosecond feat, fighting Supergirl, JL Computer)
    • Immeasurable speed while in the Speed Force (Referring to other SF related Feats)

I should clarify that escape velocity is just High Hypersonic but yes essentially. Even in the New 52 the Speed Force has access to all of time and exists outside/above normal spacetime
