I'm not banking on Deku's agility, I'm banking on the fact that Goji is dog shit at fighting compared to Deku and won't be able to box with him to save his life, especially if Deku just ragdolls him with LS.
It's noted on the profile to do so. I'm sure the impact will at least still hurt somewhat but Deku for the most part will be fine as long as he blocks properly, especially since her can further reinforce his body with Blackwhip.
Well then it is indeed a mismatch, Godzilla's wincon here is mostly just using the atomic pulse and if that doesn't work at all then there's no options here. (Izuku would just die because of radiation poisoning sometime later lmao)
Godzilla uses it in Aftershock normally and Aftershock has been even reconfirmed to be canon. Also, Evo Godzilla is like the most radioactive he's been since burning, he literally ate up and made the most nuclear place on earth part of his energy right before the events.
Aftershock is different, that was cos his spines were destroyed. About the Evolved for being the most radioactive, that form is supposed to be more refined than those forms. The pulses for Burning are like controlled versions of his explosion due to Mothra’s energy iirc. Energised did that cos he had just consumed a nuclear reactor. If evo can use it, he never did and either way it requires him to overcharge himself, which gives Deku enough time to choke him out with BlackWhip. Goji almost never uses the ability anyway and, as mentioned above, Deku already has counters for it (danger sense, out-ranging with Blackwhip, outranging with OFA). The pulse likely isn’t that deadly anyway, the Burning one was but we don’t have evidence that Evo’s hypothetical pulse would be comparable, given how his previous form could barely destroy a few drones, and was described as an EMP. You could say that this is a lowball, but it’s honestly a big assumption that he even has one given Godzilla has never used the ability in his base form (besides when his plates were broken, exposing his stores).
