For Clarification I do have to say that the Blackjacks that are Cyborgs can range in power, some are weaker than others, such as the ones enhanced by Shadowbolt Tower. This is because it's a lot harder for these Blackjacks to use magic, and their cybernetics have an energy cost. For the latter it can range from actually being a slight buff because she can go weeks without eating and be perfectly fine in a fight, to dying in 30 minutes if she uses the cybernetics wings she got in Shadowbolt tower. General Rule of thumb is that unless stated Shadowbolt Tower Cyborgs will suffer in prolonged combat.
1. No Pipbuck Blackjack
This Blackjack ditched her Pipbuck and P-21 at the earliest oppertuniity, likely after accidentally getting Scoodle killed like the main timeline. She doesn't meet Morning Glory nor does she go on to be as infamous as other variants but still lives a tragic life. She is still followed by Lacunae and still eventually makes her way back to 99. Due to coming back to 99 at a much later point shes stuck dealing with the entire Stable, including Scotch Tape. Like what happened in the main timeline, she tries to gas herself with the Stable but is ultimately saved by Lacunae. Loathing that her perfect out was taken from her She fights Lacunae, and eventually somehow comes out victorious. Fighting an Alicorn and winning without being a Steel Ranger makes this Blackjack as feared as her counterparts, however with no moral compass she just wanders from settlement to settlement seeking a meaningful death.
This Blackjack is more skilled than most, the X Factor she would have being the ability to teleport to the same degree that the main Blackjack does later on in the story. She can overwhelm her opponents with just how often she can spam that ability. Out of all the Blackjack variants she'd be the most likely to change sides, as essentially this is just Speak Blackjack but at a much earlier point in the story.
2. Tyrant Blackjack
This Blackjack would usurp the societies litering the wasteland and aim to be their one ruler. Like the main timeline, this Blackjack raped P-21 when she was younger, however opposite the main timeline this Blackjack relishes and fully embraces that power the event granted her. While she escapes 99 with P-21 like the main timeline, her outer emotions exist only as a soft venier. She is actually smarter than the main timeline Blackjack in that she is better able to see when others would try and take advantage of her. As such She kills P-21 during the events of Stable 69 instead of sparing him, and after Deus is defeated installs herself as the Stables pseudo leader, instead of just leaving the faction alone. She then proceedes to Stable 99 however while she is on the boat, she accidentally kills Morning Glory in a fit of Dealer induced insanity, thinking that Glory was trying to kill her. Upon arriving at 99 Blackjack actually finds that her mom is still alive, and is among the small faction of ponies fighting against the Stables Raider disease infected population. Blackjack, now aided by a small group of Stable 69 ponies, Rampage, and Lacunae, fight and eventually defeat the infected. However as the dust settles, Blackjack insists on being in charge and fights with her Mom, the latter having exposed the populace and herself to infected meat. Seeing no other choice to get what she wants, Blackjack kills her mom, and the infected populace. Putting herself in charge of the combined faction. Her next order of task was to hunt down Sanguine, Deus's Leader, and the one responsible for raiding 99 in the first place. Blackjack makes her way to hoofington stadium with her faction entow, leading to a fight breaking out between Blackjacks combined forces, and Reapers ultimately ending in a hard faught victory for Blackjacks forces, this is thanks in part to Blackjack replacing her decaying limbs with cybernetics, made from Deus's remains. She did not escape the conflict unscathed however as she now has a huge scar on her left side from when Psychoshy striked her, and parts of her face are disfigured from inhaling Pink Cloud spat at her by Sanguine. Her disfigurement was so bad that she would replace one of her eyes with a red cybernetic. After rallying the Children of Chapel and what remains of the Reapers, this Blackjack now wages endless war against the wastes other factions.
This Blackjack would be undoubtedly one of the weaker variants but likely the smartest by a wide margin, she would have to ultimately rely on her aguments and wits to win fights. One distinct disadvantage that this and other non Shadowbolt Cyborg Blackjacks would face is that her agumentations may be prone to hacking or spying as this Blackjack would be reliant on the same supplier for parts as the one the main continuity was reliant on...who ultimately hacked and spied on her.
3. Stable 99 Raider Blackjack
This Blackjack simply did not escape with P-21 during the intial raid on 99 at the start of the story, and instead was infected with the Raider disease. In this timeline Blackjack actually eats her mother, and is the one who leaves her head on a pike at the entrence to the stable.
This Blackjack would only be used by the others in a limited capacity as the raider disease is highly contagious and breaks down mental capacities over time. The best case scenario is that this Blackjack is enlisted early enough post infection that shes able to maintain enough cognitive function to be effectively used as a Bio Weapon.
4. Happy Hoof insane Asylum Patient Blackjack
This Blackjack is actually turned insane after experiencing the dream sequence she is forced under during her time at the asylum. The power for the building in this timeline is cut off while she her mind is connected to the buildings electrical system. As a result she actually sees glimpses of what happens to her in the main timeline albeit without context. When she wakes up she fights off her assassins as normal however when she realizes that one of the ponies sent to kill her was Dusk, Morning Glory's sister, she actually kills her, and lies to her friends eventually about it being an accident. She would actually do this a number of times when possible up until Dawn, Morning Glory's evil mother shows up. Unlike the main timeline Blackjack would actually side with Dawn, and assist Dawn with killing her friends, and helping Dawn's mysterious benefactor, believing that this would be a better future than the one she saw.
This Cyborg Blackjack would be the most loyal to the faction that'd be bringing over as she has devolved into a warped nhilist who believes shes doing the world a favor by ending it.
5. Goddess Blackjack
This is a Blackjack who was far more subceptiable to The Goddess's influence thanks to this version of Hoofington having less enervation in it's atmosphere. After Blackjack grows the tumor that let The Goddess control her like the original timeline Blackjack becomes almost entirely subserviant to the The Goddess. Despite this the Goddess's main body still dies as in the original timeline however unlike that timeline Blackjack is never given a chance to actually let The Goddess have a last chance at reformation. Because the original bodies of The Goddess perish still Blackjack more mental leverage than the other personalities that governed The Goddess however she is still not in control. The Goddess uses Blackjack's body in this timeline to rebuild their former army and taken vengence on the lightbringer (Littlepip).
This Cyborg Blackjack could be potentially one of the strongest as The Goddess keeps and can transmit the knowledge necessary for others to learn magic through thought. This would mean that this Blackjack could potentially use all the spells The Goddess and her Alicorns were capable of using. That said this Blackjack has a high likelyhood of betraying the others as The Goddess was never one for being ordered around in the main continuity and I doubt being stuck inside Blackjack's body would change that.
6. Blackjack, The Mindless
This is a version of Blackjack who never mentally recovers from being transfigured into a metalic atrocity during the assault on Shadowbolt Tower. in this timeline her unborn children actually die as she is turned into a Shadowbolt Cyborg and in a fit of rage Blackjack kills Boo before she can return to some degree of sanity. That pause for sanity was only brief however as she then proceeds to murder all of the towers inhabitants. Upon finding Rampage she instructs her to blow up the tower as normal. Blackjack eventually finds and kills Lighthooves as normal however in this timeline she is far less stressed during the fight due to her lack of morals. She then proceeds to escape the tower. Unlike the main timeline she doesn't set off the Black Hole device during her escape. This was actually rather pivotal in the main timeline as the Black Hole she created contained the bio weapons stored in the tower. Managing to escape from the tower, Blackjack now looks forward to endlessly fighting the newly infected raiders she created.
This Shadowbolt Tower version of Blackjack would be an even bigger Nihilist than the Asylum variant and even more willing to work with team. If anything they would probably work as a pair in some capacity.
7. Blackjack, The Enforcer
This is a version of Blackjack that overused Trottenheimers Folly and could not walk away from her time in the enervation pits. P-21, and Morning Glory die during their time in the enervation tunnels. Seeing no option to save their friend, Rampage and Scotch Tape take their friend to Sanguine, who in turn, transforms Blackjack into his new Deus, A drug dependent enforcer of his wishes.
This Cyborg Blackjack would be pretty much the equivalent of a grunt between all the versions of Blackjack that would appear in this. The character that she would ultimately be dependent on is a grunt himself in the grand scheme of things. She may be turned a lot easier than the others as shes just THAT dependent on pain relief but its questionable. She also probably wouldn't be coming to this conflict with Folly or any Star Metal weapons so that bumps her threat level down considerably.
8. Blackjack, Ended too early
This Cyborg Blackjack, who could actually serve as a sort of catalyst for this what if is taken to the Batpony Kingdom (A localized Pocket of Space Time.) after her first encounter with Stygius. There she is shunned by its ruler, King Hades, and is ultimately unable to return to her friends for years on end. By the time she is able to return, she stumbles across Goldenblood, who furthers her decent into hopelessness. He asks her to be his executioner however unlike the main timeline, she goes through with it after seeing what her world comes to. She eventually leaves the safety the of the Kingdom, disappearing from history and wandering the pocket of space time aimlessly.
This is probably the most curious Blackjack Variant out there and the one whos decisions would carry the most weight. She could very well be the most experienced and oldest out of all the Blackjacks but to explain that I have to explain how the Pocket of Space Time works. Its essentially a big empty dark void besides the aforementioned Bat Pony Kingdom, however one of the known hazards in this void is that if you step in the wrong place you can experience some random persons perception of history. This happens normally in the story through memory orbs which are just recordings of specific periods. However the Hazards in the Pocket of Space Time can have you percieve someones full life span in a percieveable instant. This includes their death which is why these are labeled as Hazards because well whatever killed the original can also kill the person experiencing the memory. To give credit to Blackjack though, in the main story she actually experiences one of these deadly memories, survives it, and laughs it off as a 6/10 death. Getting back to this variant I think seeing how a Blackjack would endure just being in this void for an extended period of time would be pretty fascinating and worth expanding on as a core storyline throughout this conflict. This Blackjack while pretty basic from a combat perspective would be interesting to watch in action., at least for the story.
9. Zodiac Blackjack
This Cyborg Blackjack has her free will secrectly erased after she is initially converted to a cyborg. Her brain having been too crippled after repeated exposure to enervation and radiation. Dr.Zodiac, the person behind Blackjack's cybrization even in the main timeline decides to enact her plan early and transfers her conciousness to Blackjack. She still intends to be percieved as Blackjack and makes every attempt to keep up appearences just so that she can learn about each of the shadow factions throughout the wasteland and their intentions.
We have another intelligent Blackjack as well as another Blackjack who isn't actually Blackjack. What would be interesting to see just how well Zodiac sticks to acting like Blackjack as out of all of the imposters she is the best suited to succeed in that aspect. I'm so confident that she'd do well that it'd very difficult to seperate Zodiacs timeline from the main continuity aside from very minor unimportant details.
10. Cartoon Blackjack
This Blackjack would be an evil amalgamation of the Cartoon Shorts the pegasi government was making to portray the wasteland as being worth glassing to their populace.
To quell this, yes in the main continuity the above actually happened just like the cosplay stuff. Someone in the pegasi government was spying on Blackjack and used her adventures as a means for government propaganda. If I were to toss in a visual note it's that this non cyborg character would be drawn in the G4 IDW Comics art style to make her stand out more.
11. Blackjack Prime
This is a version of Blackjack that did not live in a post apocalyptic setting but could not bring herself to live a normal life. She ultimately believes that her life is a fairy tale and fantasy set before her by a twisted god. Despite the best efforts of P-21, her friend Littlepip and even the timid custodian that works with her, she devolves into insanity and goes on a murderous rampage.
This Blackjack is based on several halucinations she experiences throughout the main story wheres shes ultimately questioned with whether or not she'd be comfortable not living in the post apocalypse. Obviously the framing here is actually much more twisted as the main continuity is rejecting a fantasy while the opposite is happening here. This Blackjack would probably be the weakest out of all of them as shes just a regular a pony, and likely wouldn't even have any combat training like the others.
12. Cognitum Future Blackjack
This Blackjack is actually Cognitum had she defeated everyone and lived out the future that was predicted to happen had Blackjack and her team failed while on the moon. She has near complete control of the planet and all are subserviant to her.
I debated heavily on including this one but this alternate timeline was explored in story so I figured why not. She is undoubtedly one of if not the strongest variant, however she would be kept on a very tight leash if she was brought over. The people bringing her if at all would be well aware of a defect that could potentially shut her down if exploited.
13. Bad Future Blackjack
This Blackjack comes from a dream sequence she had in Chapter 33, where it takes 15 years for her to awaken from the coma induced by being turned into a cyborg. This timeline would take a slight detour from that dream sequence as the Evil P-21 that shoots and seemingly kills her would eventually come around to having Blackjack reborn as a drone with no free will, being an extention of this P-21's hatred.
This would be another rather subserviant Cyborg Blackjack if not more malicious than the other drones due to how highly cruel this Evil verion of P-21 is in his brief appearence. She could also potentially be stronger than most of the other drones, as it is heavily implied that this Evil P-21 rules the world in this timeline.
14. Neighvarro Blackjack
This Blackjack is the first one that I'm deciding to take a number of liberties for as far as story telling is concerned. The first being that Blackjack actually accidentally kills her own mother to get her own cutie mark. This does still in a sense make sense for that scene and what that cutie mark symbolizes as she survives and "won at not being caught". Blackjack is thus put in charge of Security for her Fallout Shelter but unlike her main timeline counterpart, she would actually grow to be rather competent at her job. So competent in fact that her morality dwindles even further, especially when she discovers that her mothers death was the fault of the Stables new Overmare who she learned was plotting coup against security like in the main timeline. This is where things change as Blackjack discovers an old frequency used by Pegasi during the war, having learned much more about the wasteland above and that the Overmare was being lead into a trap, This Blackjack comes into contact with the group of Pegasi researchers headed by Lighthooves. Lighthooves expenditionary team would strike a deal with Blackjack who would let Stable 99 serve as a testing ground for their Raider disease studies in exchange for full Enclave Citizenship and Military status. One part of the deal that kept this Blackjack from being betrayed is that the radio frequencies they used for communications where known to other sects of the Enclave Government and Neighvarro at this time was not willing to fully secede. As stated in the main time Lighthooves for how evil he is, would come to appreciate his new subordinate in Blackjack as she was bold but also power hungry willing to sell out whoever she needed to help further her rank. This culminated in her willingly participating in the Shadowbolt Cyberization process, becoming an artifical man made, fully subserviant alicorn in the process.
This was a timeline that always fascinated me conceptually, Lighthooves was a great albeit distant villain in the grand scheme of the story, so when I remembered he proposed this very timeline question in the story, I wondered what it would take to really make that feasible, at the very least for this scenario. Anyways this is very much an overtly evil Blackjack who instead of sticking her neck out for others always picks the strongest and safest option to work with. Shame about that whole Shadowbolt no stamina and not having OP weapons thing.
