I don't see how the Sally thing is relevant, especially when the previous thread made clear that character A wouldn't be faster than B on the sole fact that A has more magic.
No one should scale to this Sally anyway.

I'm neutral, just watch this thread in a distance and try to clear confusions if needed

No no my dear

What I am saying is that we use the same multiplier for Evil Eye
 
They just upscale from Boost Sally but their magic doesn't get a 10x boost, especially since their base magic is already vastly superior to regular Sally

That's what he meant.

I already told him that the Elves are superior to Sally. I have no idea why he thought it applied to speed when there are no connections speed-wise, only power.

Damn… I didn’t see this.

The easiest way to clear your suspicion is to look at Zora’s magic multiplier in the first expample of my previous thread. He doubles magic which doubles speed and AP linearly. So like DDT said as long as it’s shown and stated in verse that amping magic amps speed linearly then it’s good. But keep in mind there are not many power systems like this so be careful with Mashle when I’m done reading it I’ll help out if possible. Trust me verses have tried this logic before, it’s just not as consistent as what is shown in black clover. So do you want to change back to agree or stay neutral?
