Going to be have to be a bit more detailed on the explanation, this sounds like a verse specific thing that's going to need a bit of context to classify.

basically Albert Einstein from tower of saviors, after managing to interact and manipulate the ''sequence'' of the elements, allowed him to slow and stop time as well as building up power in his punches through accumulation. all is done through this certain ability.

No clue? Reality Warping? Going to have to bring more context then that to explain what a sequence is to get something more then that.

“Einstein, don’t give up so soon. Feel the pattern of elements and make use of the power.”
A soft voice sounded in Einstein’s head. With the guidance of the voice, Einstein let the surrounding energy flood into his body.
“This is element...Is it talking?” Einstein relaxed his mind instinctively. For a moment, he felt like he had no solid body but blended into the environment. His consciousness drifted to a space with numbers everywhere.
“So this is the sequence of elements…” Einstein returned to the reality. Raising his arms, he conjured water element in his palm. Then it formed swirls, shooting outward.
The bullets touched by element were floating in the mid air, as if time was paused.
Right when Einstein’s defense met Aristotle’s attack, a devastating shockwave was released, blasting everything in the proximity away. Even Nicole had to hold a tree tight to keep herself steady.
Standing firm, Einstein successfully defended himself from the hit. Instead of getting provoked a wild grin appeared on Aristotle’s face. “You finally found the answer. Speeding up the time to accumulate elements in a very short period, so that you can have the overpowering strength to take down a strong enemy,” he said.

A lot of different powers can be called "Reality Warping"; Most abilities are just a subset of it.
There's some other abilities involved, but it's a bit complex to figure out which. Enhanced Senses might be involved, since Einstein became aware of the "numbers" & how to manipulate this "sequence".
Based on the dialogue, time was sped up.... Or frozen? Or maybe there was Perception Manipulation or Subjective Reality involved?

From what i am reading here wouldn't this just be some unique in verse system through which they use their abilities? If not it sounds like mathematics manipulation to me.

I'd call it just a form of energy and elemental manipulation, with the addition of enhanced sense/esp/cosmic awareness or whatever, since he saw some type of fundamental law of reality or similar.
Maybe it can be also worded as mathematic or phyisics manip, but I'm not really sure.

The numbers thing sounds a bit cosmetic seeing how he didn't use it for anything.
It also looks like he shifted his consciousness into another elemental realm that exists on a mental plane of existence or something. From there he could access the power to use elements plus time seems to slow down when he's in that place. So from this excerpt, it looks like he gets elemental manipulation only. The rest of what was mentioned is just the process of how he uses his power. I'd say that's still pretty important to index if he gets a profile tho

he did the feats back in reality when bullets were fired at him and he used the water element to counteract the bullets causing the bullets to stop as if he stopped time.

There's no clear context to what the numbers mean in that space. I have a feeling that this is better explained in a quote beyond this one.

no, it never made any reference to any systems of cause and effects. It only made reference to manipulating sequence of the water element which allowed Albert Einstein to manipulate time itself.

the way it is portrayed makes it sound like either a minor form of quantum manipulation or information manipulation or mathematics manipulation or physics manipulation and possibly law manipulation. but one thing is for certain, it allowed him to control time but that's it.

agree with all of this but as for the cosmic awareness, what he perceived was not the numbers that make up reality, rather the numbers that make up the elements, there are 2 separate contexts for the elements. one from a Taoist god. another from higher dimensional entities that the gods transcended.
the first:
“The "Taiji" creates yang and yin; the two forms stand revealed. By the transformations of the yang and the union of the yin, the 5 elements are produced, thereby occur 4 seasons, and ultimately the 8 trigrams.”
